At Dee Kar Hair Salon, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing professional salon services and quality customer care. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before booking or purchasing our services and products.


Salon Services

Due to the nature of salon services, all completed services are generally non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment so we can review the matter and provide a reasonable solution.

Possible solutions may include:

  • Service adjustment or correction
  • Touch-up appointment
  • Alternative suitable treatment

Customer satisfaction concerns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


Hair Care Products

For hair care products purchased from our salon or website:

Returns

Products may only be returned if:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item is unused and in original packaging

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Change of mind purchases

Refund Process

Appointment Cancellation

Customers are encouraged to inform us as early as possible for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking availability.
